Tartelette aka Tarte Launched this palette almost 15 weeks ago and yes  I am now just getting around to review it… . This palette is amazing it is creamy, pigmented and easy to blend with. The primer base I used for this palette was Kat Von D’s “High Voltage Eyeshadow Primer”; which is my favorite.  But that’s another review.
